The Power Court site is position in the heart of Luton Town Centre, minutes from the mainline train station that connects Luton to central London in just over 20 minutes. The project will regenerate a site which has been largely unused for well over a decade.

The proposals see Power Court transformed from a post-industrial problem site into a dynamic and aesthetically appealing environment – delivering new and exciting facilities to enhance the life of the town every day and evening of the year. The impressive and iconic stadium design sits on a raised podium which allows access to a range of public and multi-use spaces.

The designs also see the River Lea brought back into view, providing a embankment from which the public can enjoy a view over Luton’s only grade 1 listed building – St Mary’s Church.
